한국어를 기준으로 하며, 영문은 이해를 돕기 위한 번역입니다. 해석이 다를 경우 한국어를 따릅니다. Korean is the governing language of these terms; this English text is a courtesy translation. If the two differ, the Korean version prevails.

개정 안내: 이 약관(v3.0)은 2026년 9월 22일에 공지되어 2026년 10월 23일부터 시행됩니다. 무료 이용 한도의 조정 기준, 멤버십의 청약철회 제한과 해지·환불 기준, 생성물의 권리와 책임 범위, 이용 제한 절차를 새로 정했습니다. 동의하지 않으면 시행일 전까지 계정을 삭제할 수 있고, 시행일 이후에도 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 시행 전까지는 종전 약관(v2.1)이 적용됩니다. Notice of revision: this version (v3.0) was announced on September 22, 2026 and takes effect on October 23, 2026. It sets out how free-use limits may be adjusted, the limits on withdrawal and the cancellation and refund rules for the membership, the rights in AI-generated output and the scope of our liability, and the procedure for restricting use. If you do not agree, you may delete your account before the effective date; continuing to use the service after that date is deemed acceptance of the changed terms. Until then the previous terms (v2.1) apply.

1. 목적1. Purpose

이 약관은 Jolbaro(이하 “운영자”)가 제공하는 Danny & Jenny(대니앤제니, 이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건, 운영자와 이용자의 권리·의무·책임을 정합니다. These terms set out the conditions of use for Danny & Jenny (the “service”), provided by Jolbaro (the “operator”, “we”), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the operator and its users.

2. 정의2. Definitions

  • “서비스”: 앱과 서버를 통해 제공되는 AI 친구와의 전화 형식 영어 대화, 표현 카드·리포트·복습 등 관련 기능 일체 “Service”: the phone-style English conversations with AI friends provided through the app and our servers, together with all related features such as expression cards, reports and review.
  • “이용자”: 이 약관에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 사람. “회원”은 앱 최초 실행으로 생성된 계정으로 서비스를 이용하는 이용자 “User”: a person who uses the service under these terms. “Member”: a user who uses the service with the account created when the app is first launched.
  • “멤버십”: 무료 이용 범위에 더해 한도를 넓히는 유료 정기 구독 상품 “Membership”: a paid recurring subscription that extends the limits of free use.
  • “앱 마켓”: Apple App Store 등 앱을 배포하고 결제를 처리하는 사업자 “App market”: a business, such as the Apple App Store, that distributes the app and processes payments.
  • “생성물”: 서비스가 AI로 만들어 낸 대화·음성·대본·표현 카드·리포트·요약 등 모든 산출물 “Output”: everything the service produces with AI, including conversations, speech, transcripts, expression cards, reports and summaries.
  • “페르소나”: 서비스가 제공하는 AI 친구의 이름·목소리·성격·대사·이미지 등 캐릭터 요소 “Persona”: the character elements of an AI friend provided by the service, such as its name, voice, personality, lines and images.

3. 약관의 게시와 변경3. Publication of and changes to these terms

운영자는 이 약관을 앱 [나] 탭과 웹(jolbaro.com/danny-and-jenny/terms)에 게시합니다. 운영자는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행일과 변경 사유·내용을 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리하거나 중대한 변경은 30일 전)부터 앱 내 공지와 웹 공개본으로 알립니다. 불리한 변경은 앱 실행 시 개별 화면으로도 안내하며, 이 안내를 개별 통지로 봅니다(회원은 이메일 등 별도 연락처를 두지 않습니다). 변경에 동의하지 않는 이용자는 시행일 전까지 이용을 중단하고 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 공지 기간 안에 거부 의사를 밝히지 않고 시행일 이후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다(공지에 이 뜻을 함께 적습니다). 변경된 약관은 이미 결제된 멤버십 기간의 요금에는 소급 적용하지 않습니다. We publish these terms in the app’s [Me] tab and on the web (jolbaro.com/danny-and-jenny/terms). We may change them to the extent permitted by applicable law. When we do, we announce the effective date and the reasons for and content of the change in the app and on the public web version from 7 days before it takes effect (30 days for changes that are unfavourable to users or otherwise material). Unfavourable changes are also presented on a dedicated screen when the app is launched, and that screen counts as individual notice (members do not register an email address or other contact details). If you do not agree to a change, you may stop using the service and delete your account before the effective date. If you do not object during the notice period and continue to use the service after the effective date, you are deemed to have accepted the changed terms (the notice says so). Changed terms are not applied retroactively to the fee for a membership period already paid for.

4. 서비스의 내용과 제공4. The service and how it is provided

서비스의 대화 상대는 모두 인공지능이며 실존 인물이 아닙니다. 생성물은 AI가 만들므로 부정확하거나 부적절한 표현이 포함될 수 있고, 운영자는 생성물의 정확성·완전성·특정 목적 적합성을 보증하지 않습니다. 서비스는 어학 학습 보조 도구이며 전문 어학 교육·통역·번역을 대체하지 않고, 의료·법률·투자·심리 상담 등 전문 조언으로 사용될 수 없습니다. Everyone you speak with is artificial intelligence, not a real person. Output is generated by AI and may therefore contain inaccurate or inappropriate wording; we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose of any output. The service is a language-learning aid: it does not replace professional language instruction, interpretation or translation, and it may not be used as professional advice in fields such as medicine, law, investment or counselling.

운영자는 기술적 필요, 비용, 법령·앱 마켓 정책, 외부 서비스의 변경, 품질 개선을 이유로 서비스의 내용·기능·무료 이용 한도를 변경할 수 있습니다. 이용자에게 중요한 변경은 앱 내에 공지하고, 무료 이용 범위를 축소하는 변경은 시행 30일 전에 알립니다. 운영자는 일부 이용자에게 새로운 기능이나 다른 한도를 실험적으로 적용(베타·A/B 테스트)할 수 있으며, 실험 기능은 예고 없이 변경·종료될 수 있습니다. 실험으로 비용을 청구하지는 않습니다. We may change the content, features and free-use limits of the service for technical needs, cost, legal or app-market requirements, changes in external services, or quality improvement. Changes that matter to users are announced in the app, and a change that reduces the free-use scope is announced 30 days before it takes effect. We may apply new features or different limits to some users on an experimental basis (beta or A/B tests); experimental features may be changed or ended without notice. No charge arises from an experiment.

서비스는 연중무휴 제공을 목표로 하나, 점검·장애·통신 사정·외부 서비스(앱 마켓, AI 처리 서비스 등)의 문제로 일시 중단될 수 있습니다. 예정된 점검은 사전에 공지합니다. We aim to provide the service around the clock, but it may be interrupted temporarily by maintenance, faults, network conditions or problems with external services (app markets, AI processing services and the like). Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.

5. 계정5. Accounts

서비스는 만 14세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다. 만 14세 미만 이용자의 계정임을 알게 되면 해당 계정과 데이터를 지체 없이 삭제하며, 법정대리인은 [email protected]으로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. The service may be used only by people aged 14 or older. If we learn that an account belongs to a user under 14, we delete that account and its data without delay; a legal guardian may request deletion at [email protected].

앱 최초 실행 시 익명 계정이 자동 생성됩니다. Apple/Google 계정을 연결하면 재설치·기기 변경 시에도 데이터가 유지됩니다. 연결하지 않은 채 앱을 삭제하면 데이터에 접근할 수 없게 될 수 있고, 운영자는 이를 복구할 의무가 없습니다. 마지막 접속 후 60일이 지난 계정과 데이터는 자동으로 파기됩니다. 계정 삭제 시 모든 데이터가 즉시 파기됩니다(운영상 백업본에는 최대 7일간 남아 있을 수 있으며 그 뒤 자동 소멸합니다). 계정과 기기의 관리 책임은 이용자에게 있으며, 이용자가 계정을 타인에게 사용하게 하여 생긴 결과는 이용자가 부담합니다. An anonymous account is created automatically when you first launch the app. Linking an Apple or Google account keeps your data across reinstalls and device changes. If you delete the app without linking one, you may lose access to your data, and we are under no obligation to restore it. Accounts and their data are destroyed automatically 60 days after the last activity. When you delete your account, all of your data is destroyed immediately (copies may remain in operational backups for up to 7 days, after which they expire automatically). You are responsible for your account and device, and you bear the consequences of letting someone else use your account.

6. AI 데이터 처리 동의6. Consent to AI data processing

첫 통화를 시작하기 전에 ‘AI 데이터 처리 동의’ 화면이 표시됩니다. 통화 중 음성과 대화 내용이 Google Gemini API로 전송되어 실시간 응답 생성·전사·표현 카드 생성에 사용된다는 점, 이용 통계 처리자에는 대화 내용을 보내지 않는다는 점, 만 14세 이상이라는 점을 확인합니다. 이 동의는 통화 기능 이용의 전제 조건이며, 동의하지 않거나 이후 철회하면 통화를 이용할 수 없습니다. 동의 내용의 재열람과 철회는 [나] 탭에서 할 수 있습니다. Before your first call, an “AI data processing consent” screen is shown. There you confirm that your voice and the content of the conversation are sent to the Google Gemini API during a call and used to generate responses in real time, produce transcripts and create expression cards; that conversation content is never sent to our usage-analytics processor; and that you are 14 or older. This consent is a precondition for using the calling feature: without it, or after you withdraw it, calls cannot be used. You can review and withdraw the consent in the [Me] tab.

7. 이용 요금·멤버십·자동 갱신7. Fees, membership and automatic renewal

무료 이용Free use

기본 기능은 무료로 제공되며, 통화 횟수·시간·친구 수·예약 요일 등 무료 이용 한도는 앱 화면에 표시됩니다. 무료 이용 한도는 제4조에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다. 이미 제공된 무료 이용에 소급해 요금을 청구하지 않습니다. 무료 이용 범위와 무료 체험은 멤버십을 결제하기 전에 서비스를 써 볼 수 있는 시험 사용 상품입니다. Basic features are provided free of charge. Free-use limits — the number of calls, call length, number of friends, scheduled days and the like — are shown on the relevant app screens. Free-use limits may be changed under Section 4. We never charge retroactively for free use already provided. The free-use scope and the free trial are trial products that let you try the service before paying for a membership.

멤버십Membership

멤버십의 혜택·금액·결제 주기·체험 조건은 결제 화면에 표시되며, 결제는 앱 마켓(Apple App Store)의 인앱결제로만 이루어집니다. 운영자는 카드번호·계좌번호 등 결제 수단 정보를 수집하거나 보관하지 않습니다. The membership’s benefits, price, billing period and trial conditions are shown on the payment screen, and payment is made only through in-app purchase on the app market (Apple App Store). We neither collect nor store payment credentials such as card or bank account numbers.

  • 멤버십은 현재 기간이 끝나기 전에 해지하지 않으면 같은 조건으로 자동 갱신되고 요금은 앱 마켓 계정으로 청구됩니다. 자동 갱신을 원하지 않으면 현재 기간 종료 24시간 전까지 앱 마켓의 구독 설정에서 해지해야 합니다. The membership renews automatically on the same terms unless you cancel before the current period ends, and the fee is charged to your app-market account. If you do not want it to renew, cancel in the app market’s subscription settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • 무료 체험이 제공되는 경우, 체험 조건과 체험 종료 후 청구될 정규 요금을 결제 전에 표시합니다. 체험 기간이 끝나기 전에 해지하지 않으면 정규 요금이 청구되며, 체험 중 해지하면 요금이 청구되지 않습니다. Where a free trial is offered, the trial conditions and the regular fee charged after the trial are shown before payment. The regular fee is charged unless you cancel before the trial ends; if you cancel during the trial, nothing is charged.
  • 요금을 인상하거나 무료에서 유료로 전환할 때는 앱 마켓이 정한 절차에 따라 시행 전 30일 안에 이용자의 동의를 받고, 동의하지 않는 방법(해지)을 함께 안내합니다. 이미 결제된 기간에는 인상분을 적용하지 않습니다. If we raise the price or convert a free feature into a paid one, we obtain your consent within the 30 days before the change takes effect, following the procedure set by the app market, and explain how to decline (by cancelling). The increase is not applied to periods already paid for.
  • 해지하면 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 혜택이 유지되고 그 뒤 무료 이용으로 돌아갑니다. 그동안 만든 친구·표현 카드·대화 기록은 남습니다. After cancellation, your benefits continue until the end of the period already paid for, after which your account returns to free use. Friends, expression cards and conversation records you have created remain.
  • 앱에서 계정을 삭제해도 앱 마켓 구독은 자동으로 해지되지 않습니다. 계정 삭제 시 이 점을 안내하며, 청구를 멈추려면 앱 마켓 구독 설정에서 직접 해지해야 합니다. Deleting your account in the app does not cancel your app-market subscription. The app reminds you of this when you delete your account; to stop being charged, cancel it yourself in the app market’s subscription settings.
  • 할인·프로모션 가격의 조건(적용 기간·대상·종료 후 요금)은 제공 시점의 앱 화면 표시를 따르며, 조건이 충족되지 않으면 정규 요금이 적용됩니다. The conditions of a discounted or promotional price (period, eligibility and the price after it ends) are those shown in the app at the time; if the conditions are not met, the regular price applies.

8. 청약철회·환불·해지8. Withdrawal, refunds and cancellation

  • 멤버십은 결제 즉시 제공이 시작되는 디지털 콘텐츠·서비스입니다. 결제 화면에 이 사실과 “이용을 시작한 뒤에는 청약철회가 제한된다”는 점을 표시하며, 제7조의 시험 사용 상품으로 청약철회 권리 행사가 방해받지 않도록 합니다. 이에 따라 결제 후 이용을 시작한 멤버십에 대해서는 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제17조제2항제5호·제6항에 따라 청약철회가 제한됩니다. 결제 후 7일 이내이고 멤버십 혜택을 전혀 이용하지 않은 경우에는 청약철회를 할 수 있습니다. The membership is digital content and a service whose provision begins as soon as payment is made. The payment screen states this and that “withdrawal is limited once use has begun”, and the trial products under Section 7 ensure that your right of withdrawal is not impaired. Accordingly, under Article 17(2)(5) and 17(6) of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, withdrawal is limited for a membership you have begun to use after payment. You may withdraw within 7 days of payment if you have not used any membership benefit at all.
  • 이용자는 멤버십을 언제든 해지할 수 있습니다. 계약 기간 중 해지하여 환불이 이루어지는 경우, 이미 이용한 기간에 해당하는 금액과 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위의 위약금을 공제한 잔액이 환불 대상이며, 구체적 산정과 집행은 앱 마켓의 정책과 절차를 따릅니다. 운영자는 결제 내역을 직접 보유하지 않으므로 인앱결제의 확인·환불은 앱 마켓에 신청해야 하며, 신청 방법은 앱의 멤버십 화면에서 안내합니다. 법령이 운영자의 직접 환불을 요구하는 경우에는 그에 따릅니다. You may cancel the membership at any time. Where you cancel during the contract period and a refund is made, the refundable amount is the balance after deducting the amount corresponding to the period already used and any cancellation fee permitted by applicable law; the specific calculation and processing follow the app market’s policies and procedures. Because we do not hold payment records ourselves, confirmation and refund of in-app purchases must be requested from the app market; the app’s membership screen explains how. Where the law requires us to refund directly, we do so.
  • 운영자의 귀책 사유로 멤버십 기간 중 서비스를 정상적으로 이용하지 못한 경우, 그 기간만큼 이용 기간을 연장하거나 관련 법령에 따라 보상합니다. 제9조 위반으로 이용이 제한된 기간, 이용자의 기기·통신·앱 마켓 계정 문제로 이용하지 못한 기간은 환불하거나 연장하지 않습니다. Where you were unable to use the service normally during a membership period for reasons attributable to us, we extend your membership by that period or compensate you in accordance with applicable law. No refund or extension is given for periods in which use was restricted because of a violation of Section 9, or in which you could not use the service because of your own device, network or app-market account.
  • 과오금이 확인되면 앱 마켓 절차에 따라 환급하도록 협조하며, 운영자 귀책의 과오금은 지체 없이 환급합니다. Where an overpayment is confirmed, we cooperate in refunding it under the app market’s procedure; an overpayment attributable to us is refunded without delay.
  • 만 19세 미만 이용자가 멤버십을 결제하려면 법정대리인의 동의가 필요합니다. 동의 없이 이루어진 결제는 이용자 본인 또는 법정대리인이 취소할 수 있습니다. 다만 이용자가 속임수로 성년이라고 믿게 하거나 법정대리인의 동의가 있는 것으로 믿게 한 경우에는 취소할 수 없습니다(「민법」 제17조). Users under 19 need the consent of a legal guardian to purchase a membership. A purchase made without that consent may be cancelled by the user or the guardian, except where the user deceived us into believing they were an adult or that consent had been given (Article 17 of the Civil Act).

9. 이용자의 의무와 금지행위9. Your obligations and prohibited conduct

서비스는 통상적인 개인 학습 목적의 이용을 전제로 제공됩니다. 다음 행위를 금지합니다. The service is provided on the premise of ordinary personal use for learning. The following are prohibited:

  • 자동화된 수단(봇·스크립트 등)으로 통화를 생성하거나 서비스에 비정상적인 부하를 주는 행위 Creating calls by automated means (bots, scripts and the like), or placing abnormal load on the service
  • 여러 계정을 만들거나 계정을 공유·양도·판매하여 무료 이용 한도나 이용 제한을 우회하는 행위 Creating multiple accounts, or sharing, transferring or selling an account, in order to get around free-use limits or restrictions
  • 서비스·페르소나·생성물을 재판매·재배포하거나 상업적으로 이용하는 행위, 다른 서비스·모델을 만들기 위해 수집·학습에 쓰는 행위 Reselling, redistributing or commercially exploiting the service, personas or output, or collecting them to build or train another service or model
  • 역설계, 자동화 수집(크롤링), 보안 취약점 탐색·악용, 시스템 우회 Reverse engineering, automated harvesting (crawling), probing or exploiting security vulnerabilities, or circumventing our systems
  • AI 친구에게 법령 위반·타인 권리 침해·아동 유해·차별·폭력 등 부적절한 내용을 만들게 유도하는 행위 Inducing an AI friend to produce inappropriate content, such as content that breaks the law, infringes the rights of others, is harmful to children, or is discriminatory or violent
  • 타인 계정 이용, 타인 정보 도용, 법령 위반 목적의 이용 Using someone else’s account, misusing someone else’s information, or using the service for purposes that violate the law

이용자가 이 조를 위반하여 운영자나 제3자에게 손해를 끼친 경우 그 손해를 배상합니다. 이용자의 위반으로 제3자와 분쟁이 생기면 이용자의 책임과 비용으로 해결하며, 운영자의 귀책이 없는 한 운영자를 면책합니다. If you violate this section and cause damage to us or to a third party, you compensate that damage. If your violation leads to a dispute with a third party, you resolve it at your own responsibility and expense and hold us harmless unless we are at fault.

10. 이용 제한과 계약 해지10. Restriction of use and termination

운영자는 제9조 위반이 확인되면 위반 사실·사유·제한 기간을 알린 뒤 이용을 일시 제한하거나 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다. 다만 보안 침해, 법령 위반, 다른 이용자에 대한 피해가 진행 중이거나 임박한 경우에는 먼저 제한하고 지체 없이 알립니다. 이용자는 [email protected]으로 이의를 제기할 수 있으며, 운영자는 확인 후 제한을 해제하거나 유지 사유를 답합니다. 이용자는 언제든 앱에서 계정을 삭제하여 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다. Where a violation of Section 9 is confirmed, we may temporarily restrict your use or terminate the agreement after notifying you of the violation, its grounds and the duration of the restriction. Where a security breach, a violation of the law or harm to other users is in progress or imminent, we may restrict use first and notify you without delay. You may object at [email protected]; after review, we lift the restriction or explain why it is maintained. You may terminate the agreement at any time by deleting your account in the app.

11. 지식재산·콘텐츠·데이터11. Intellectual property, content and data

서비스, 페르소나, 앱과 서버의 소프트웨어, 디자인, 상표, 그리고 생성물에 관한 저작권 등 지식재산권과 그 밖의 권리는 운영자 또는 운영자에게 사용을 허락한 자에게 있습니다. 운영자는 이용자에게 서비스 이용 기간 동안 생성물을 개인적·비상업적 학습 목적으로 이용할 수 있는 비독점·양도 불가 권리를 부여합니다. 이용자는 운영자의 사전 서면 동의 없이 페르소나·생성물을 복제·배포·공중송신·2차 저작·상업적 이용할 수 없습니다. Copyright and other intellectual property rights, and all other rights, in the service, the personas, the app and server software, designs, trademarks and output belong to us or to those who have licensed them to us. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use output for personal, non-commercial learning while you use the service. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly transmit, adapt or commercially exploit personas or output without our prior written consent.

이용자가 서비스에 입력한 음성·대화·설문 등 데이터는 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리되며, 이용자는 운영자가 이를 서비스 제공, 개인화, 품질·안전 개선, 통계 분석 목적으로 이용하는 것을 허락합니다. 대화 내용을 AI 모델 학습에 사용하지 않는다는 원칙은 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다. 계정 삭제 시 데이터는 제5조에 따라 파기됩니다. The data you enter into the service — voice, conversations, survey answers and the like — is processed under the Privacy Policy, and you permit us to use it to provide the service, personalise it, improve quality and safety, and analyse statistics. The principle that conversation content is not used to train AI models is governed by the Privacy Policy. On account deletion, data is destroyed under Section 5.

12. 서비스의 변경·중단·종료12. Changes, interruption and termination of the service

운영자는 제4조의 사유로 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경·중단할 수 있습니다. 서비스를 완전히 종료하는 경우 최소 30일 전에 앱 내 공지와 개별 화면으로 알리고, 이용자가 자신의 데이터를 확인할 수 있는 기간을 둡니다. 종료로 멤버십의 남은 기간을 이용할 수 없게 되는 경우 그 기간에 해당하는 금액은 관련 법령에 따라 앱 마켓 절차로 환불하거나 보상합니다. 천재지변·전쟁·통신 두절·외부 서비스 중단 등 불가항력으로 인한 중단에는 운영자의 책임이 없습니다. We may change or suspend all or part of the service for the reasons in Section 4. If we shut the service down entirely, we give at least 30 days’ notice in the app and on a dedicated screen, and allow a period in which you can review your own data. If a shutdown means you cannot use the remainder of a membership period, the amount corresponding to that period is refunded through the app market’s procedure or compensated in accordance with applicable law. We are not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, war, network outages or the suspension of external services.

13. 책임의 제한과 면책13. Limitation of liability

  • 무료로 제공되는 기능은 있는 그대로 제공되며, 운영자는 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 무료 기능의 장애·오류·중단에 책임을 지지 않습니다. Features provided free of charge are provided as is, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for faults, errors or interruptions in free features.
  • 운영자는 AI 생성물의 오류·부정확·부적절함, 이용자가 생성물에 의존하여 한 판단과 행동, 이용자의 기기·통신 환경·앱 마켓 계정 문제, 이용자의 귀책, 제3자(앱 마켓·AI 처리 서비스 등)의 장애로 인한 손해에 대해 고의·중과실이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다. Unless we have acted with intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damage arising from errors, inaccuracies or inappropriate content in AI output; from decisions or actions you take in reliance on output; from your device, network or app-market account; from causes attributable to you; or from failures of third parties such as app markets or AI processing services.
  • 운영자의 경과실로 인한 손해배상 책임은 통상손해에 한하며, 그 총액은 손해가 발생한 날 이전 12개월 동안 이용자가 서비스에 결제한 금액을 넘지 않습니다. 이 제한은 고의·중과실이 있는 경우와 법령상 제한할 수 없는 책임에는 적용되지 않습니다. Our liability for damage caused by ordinary negligence is limited to ordinary damages, and its total does not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the day the damage occurred. This limit does not apply where we have acted with intent or gross negligence, or to liability that cannot be limited by law.
  • 멤버십 기간 중 운영자 귀책의 장애·중단은 제8조의 연장·보상 규정을 따릅니다. Faults or interruptions attributable to us during a membership period are handled under the extension and compensation rules in Section 8.

14. 통지14. Notices

운영자가 이용자에게 알릴 사항은 앱 내 공지, 앱 실행 시 표시되는 개별 화면, 웹 공개본으로 통지하며, 이 방법은 개별 통지의 효력이 있습니다. 이용자가 운영자에게 알릴 사항은 [email protected]으로 보냅니다. We notify you through in-app notices, a dedicated screen shown when the app is launched, and the public web version; these methods have the effect of individual notice. You notify us at [email protected].

15. 앱 마켓(Apple)에 관한 사항15. App market (Apple) provisions

이 약관은 운영자와 이용자 사이의 계약이며 Apple은 계약 당사자가 아닙니다. Apple은 서비스의 유지·보수·지원에 책임을 지지 않으며, 제품 보증·지식재산 분쟁·법령 준수에 관한 책임도 운영자에게 있습니다. 인앱결제의 결제 확인·환불은 Apple의 정책과 절차를 따릅니다. Apple과 그 자회사는 이 약관의 제3수익자로서 이 약관을 이용자에게 직접 집행할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 App Store 이용약관과 Apple의 정책을 함께 준수합니다. These terms are an agreement between the operator and you; Apple is not a party to them. Apple is not responsible for maintaining or supporting the service, and responsibility for product warranties, intellectual-property claims and legal compliance rests with the operator. Confirmation and refund of in-app purchases follow Apple’s policies and procedures. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you directly. You also comply with the App Store Terms of Service and Apple’s policies.

16. 준거법·분쟁·언어16. Governing law, disputes and language

이 약관은 대한민국 법률을 따르며, 분쟁은 민사소송법상 관할 법원에서 다룹니다. 이 약관에서 정하지 않은 사항은 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」, 「약관의 규제에 관한 법률」, 「콘텐츠산업 진흥법」 등 관련 법령과 상관례에 따릅니다. 서비스 이용에 관한 불만은 [email protected]으로 접수할 수 있으며, 소비자는 「소비자기본법」에 따라 한국소비자원 소비자분쟁조정위원회 등에 조정을 신청할 수 있습니다. 이 약관의 한국어본과 다른 언어본이 다를 때는 한국어본이 우선합니다. 이 약관의 일부가 무효이더라도 나머지 조항은 유효합니다. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are heard by the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act. Matters not covered by these terms follow the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Content Industry Promotion Act, other applicable law and commercial practice. Complaints about the service may be sent to [email protected], and consumers may apply for mediation to the Consumer Dispute Settlement Commission of the Korea Consumer Agency under the Framework Act on Consumers. If the Korean text of these terms and a version in another language differ, the Korean text prevails. If any part of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

부칙Supplementary provisions

이 약관은 2026년 10월 23일부터 시행합니다. 시행 전에 결제된 멤버십 기간에는 종전 약관의 요금·환불 조건을 적용합니다. These terms take effect on October 23, 2026. For membership periods paid for before that date, the fee and refund conditions of the previous terms apply.
